Uninstall Program is cluttered with crap. How do I deem what is necess

how do I deem what is necessary?

I have attached a pic.

Why are there so many microsoft c++ redistributable versions and what if I uninstall them all?


Why isn't the microsoft visual c software packaged into 1 item instead of 10 items?

Those are installed by specific programs. If you uninstall one, your program may experience problems.
It's safe to leave theme alone, as they don't impact the system resources and may improve system stability.

You should be knowing which of these programs you never use. Please uninstall them one by one.

Reboot and give some time after each uninstall to check that the computer is working normally. If yes then go and uninstall the next program and if no then re-install and reboot and after giving sometime please go to the next program to uninstall it.
