I Had Windows7 and Windows XP sp3 installed on duel boot menu Now I Want to format C: Drive on which XP is installed and again fresh Installation of XP sp3, I Want to keep Windows7 installation intact , But the problem is when I will format C: the bootloader will also formated then I will not able to boot .
Is There any solution?

Surely they are on separate partitions, running 7 will leave XP partition free to format.

Doesn't matter, partitions are like a separate drive, each system will have its own bootloader, remove either one and the other will still boot .

You mean to say that If I format C: Drive and again fresh Install of XP , I will able use Windows7? But all the files of Duel boot are on C:
