I uninstalled myVapors software and now my fonts are messed up and it appears as if the resolution in certain windows is off as well.

I have attached examples.

I've tried resetting fonts in control panel>fonts. I tried setting my theme back to default windows aero. I tried changing monitor resolution. sfc /scannow found and fixed corrupt files but had no affect on my issue. I deleted font cache with ccleaner to no avail. I reinstalled myVapors and nothing changed. I'm running out of ideas.

Any thoughts?

Did you try running a restore point? Most likely the uninstall messed up some registry entries.

Well, that was one of the things I was going to do, but in doing so, I found out my disk protection was disabled due to a invalid volume label. So there has been no restore points made.

This seems a possibility:
Recovering Windows 7 Registry Hives/Files

In future I recommend using a manual restore point shortcut(see tutorials section) and image backup(using the built in or a free third party backup like Macrium Reflect Free.) Also there are utilities to back up the Registry only. This provides alternatives when things turn sour.

But I hope the link above will save you from a complete reinstall. :)

Turns out it was because I had my dual screens set up in a mosaic format. I disabled that and rebooted, and everything was back to normal.
