I was having trouble getting the Live TV in my WMC to record audio so after 8 hours of messing with different setting I decided to uninstall the Live TV component. Well now I have found out that it was the audio plug in for my hardware and yep you guessed it I cannot find out for the life of me how to re-install the Live TV component. I have tried everything including installing and re-installing WMC and even doing a fresh install of Windows 7.

You should have an option under the TV entry in WMC for "live TV setup". If not, let me know.

Personally I would re-run the whole setup. Scroll down to Tasks > click "Settings". Click "General". Choose Windows Media Center Setup, then "Run Setup Again"
