universal serial bus problem

My amd board got damaged so I changed the board to intel board and couple it, everything is working except the usb ports are not working. I try to install the drivers but still didn't work, when I check it says the drivers are up to date but when I try to right click on the properties on one of the usb host controllers, it says:
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37). Compaq presario CQ61

Since you changed the motherboard to Intel, did you install the Intel motherboard chipset drivers? One of the most important things the chipset drivers do is identify all the devices on the motherboard. Without the chipset drivers, some devices will not install.
