"Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller" Unknown in Device Manager Win7

Hi Friends
in my win7 i have this unknown device

i have another windows 8.1 and there is no unknown device. this means It's only in windows7.

please help me to solve it. because i think this problem bring some error in HDMI.
when i use Laptop I haven't any Lag, but after connect with HDMI to TV, Lags appear.even in Game & Movies.
& ONLY in windows 7. no in windows 8.1.

Friends i solved it. it was USB 3 bug. i again install usb 3 driver , restart windows , and ok all.

anyone know about my problem HDMI & Lags?
