unknown downloading

hi i am ram bilash from India having W7 home premium.whenever i connect to internet,some unknown program start down loading at very high speed without opening any thing (WebSite) or any downloading software known to me . pls help me with this problem as i have a limited internet connection

Hmm, that does not sound good. Suggest you do a virus scan with all the tools you have plus Superantispyware and Malwarebytes.
