Solved Unknown Drive Q: displayed as a second hard drive

A drive Q: has suddenly appeared under my Drive C:. The system shows that I am not the owner and displays "Unknown Owner" when looking at the properties. I am unable to take ownership as the administrator. I cannot open drive Q:. The system returns a "Q is not accessible" response.

Is Office 2010 currently installed on your system?
