Hi, I recently purchased a USB 2.0 Network Cable.
I have been unable to find the necessary drivers to support the cable.
I bought it from a wholesale website, and there's no manufacturer disclosed on the box or the website.
The disk that came with the cable has drivers, but they don't work on windows 7, and the pop-up tells me to contact the manufacturer, which of course I cannot do.
If you could help me find the appropriate drivers, I'd really appreciate it. If not, then I would like to return the product since I am unable to use it. Thank you.

This is the product:

Hey Doc, he has got 64 bit Windows! Do you think this would work? :D

Edit: No way, return the cable!

BTW: The link crashes my firefox 3.5.4! Anybody else with this problem?

The disk comes with drivers, but I don't know how to get them to run in XP compatibility since Windows 7 automatically searches for drivers when the cable is plugged in. The program itself works fine, but the cable won't. I emailed the seller and he gave me a half-ass reply telling me the drivers are on the disk and he has sold 80 without any problems (so glad for him but that still didn't answer the questions I asked him). And yes, the link causes firefox to crash for some reason, but not IE (which is odd since I bought the item while using firefox).

Is there a way to turn off the automatic search for drivers and then select them myself from the disk in XP compatibility?

Might try booting into Safe Mode of windows, on Boot up hit F5 or F8 key to get a Boot Menu screen with options ;)

Forget it! You cannot install a 32 bit driver in 64 bit OS, and there is no 64 bit driver I bet.

Thanks for the advice Doc.
I have the drivers:
M5633.bin
ulink.sys

Unfortunately, even when I try to select these drivers to install, windows does not recognize them. Is there some way of running them in XP compatibility, I really don't understand...

I tried the safe mode, but the computer boots so fast that holding either F5 or F8 does nothing.

The program is Super Link, if anyone has heard of it. I contacted the seller, he contacted the manufacturer, and they told him that they had not made 7 drivers, so does that mean I'm screwed out of $15, since the seller won't take it back?

Sorry to be such a bother.
