Any thing showing as unknown is never good. I would suggest checking for a virus and malware lurking on your system.

Did you plug something in before this, like a flash stick? Likely it's driver.

If not trace the Hardware Identification then go to the maker's SUpport Downloads webpage for the driver, or google it.

Let us know if you need help.

ok doing the virus scan but everything in the pc works correctly

What's plugged into your USB ports?

Try uninstalling the Device and see if it reinstalls at boot. If so something must be plugged in.

nothing is plugged in

Try installing it's driver Automatically, unzip and browse into the factory chipset to see if it's a standard chipset driver that needs adding, check optional Windows Updates.

cant find it on internet and when i did a system restore it installed it again.. now what? should i uninstall the device and restart my pc?

That's what I recommended earlier.

We expect that you will follow all steps given, reporting back results or asking further questions to get each step done. Only then will we give new steps.

it just reinstall it and fail

What do you mean fail? Did it come back after you Uninstalled in Device Manager and then rebooted?

What happened when you ran Automatic drive update? What happened when you browsed into unzipped Chipset as suggested earlier?

Why do you not reply to each step so we know what you've done and don't have to type them out twice? This is annoying.

i mean by fail that it fails to install and i didnt find any thing in internet for it and when i ran the automatic drive update there is no update

Then if it won't pick up a driver from the PC's or mobo's latest Win7 chipset I'd just disable and ignore it. If you notice any function is missing or lacking I'd go back to the chipset installer you've unzipped, rightlick on it's .exe file to Run as Admin to install the chipset to see if it gets its driver.

well nothing is wrong with the windows but i cant put any USB in the pc
