These are some unknown folders, all empty, in programs folder and an additional file called GUTEBAF.tmp which is 3.8MB in size. I am deleting all of these. Should deleting these be safe?

I ran a full scan of WDO and when I returned home nothing had shown up, so I suppose my pc is clean. I deleted the folders and also searched google but nothing came up.

Judging from the date/time stamps - they might come back in a week or two.

Some app is probably setup wrong. It is unusual to have them there.

Keep one folder with a file in it next time and we might be able to help you what is creating these tmp folders in such an odd place.
