Solved Unknown Pop-ups

For the past 10 day's every time I turn on my computer in the morning I get these full screen
pop-ups telling me I need to download certain things, such as drivers, flash, and other programs.
Say's my old program is outdated. There is no information as to who is supplying these pop-ups.
This morning the pop-up download and play buttons, nothing else.

I've ran my anti-virus and all the free anti-virus program scans. Nothing !

Anyone else having this problem ?

Possibly take some screen shots and post them,

Clean boot open the Startup section and take screen shots of it,

Add what security you have installed and which free scanners.

Well, I responded to your post but when I marked solved it erased everything I wrote.
Anyway what it amounts to is I am unable to get into this at the present time due
to company. Will repost later, also after I have had time to understand this.
