I'm glad you've managed to prevent the issue by disabling SSDP, however we haven't found the route cause. I still have my suspicions it's to do with Teredo.
You can disable teredo using the netsh command:
netsh
interface
teredo
set state disabled
If you set that and then start the SSDP service does the issue persist? If not then I think we found the culprit.
