The defgragger seems to work well. There are various modes available:

O&O defrag Pro 22

O&O defrag Pro 20 is available on free giveaway ( it doesn't include the revolutionary SOLID method of v22 which you get in the powerpack on first post ) though it seems pretty good compared to other conventional defraggers
