windows 7 cannot download and mount iso's on its own.
it can burn them, but not mount.

you need special software (such as virtual clone drive) to mount this file in windows.
You are confusing mount and run, I think. maybe not, because you are confusing me, quite a bit. You can't possibly download a.iso file that's already mounted. Mounting means you have virtual drive software installed, and have connected the .iso file to it as if you inserted the disc into a CD drive.i didn't mount it, i downloaded it already mounted...
