Unnamed BSOD

[inaniloquent]

My mum's laptop has been having lots of unnamed BSODs since the 8th of November. I have tried to archive and then upload them here but everytime I press 'ok' to add them to an archive, it just says 'access is denied'.

What do i do?

Update these drivers

Toshiba Firmware Linkage service system driver is from 2007 and should be updated Here.

Ricoh Memory Card Reader driver is also old and all it's extensions. It's important that you update it around Here.

You could of course also uninstall them all.
