Solved Unrecognized folders on my C: drive

Doing a bit of housecleaning I came across some folders that I do not recognize. I have includecd a screenshot of the files. The top two (with a $ preceeding the name ) have a lot of duplicate folders and files.
Are they safe to delete?

You could try the solution shown at this website. As it's fairly detailed you should be able to follow it.

What Are the $INPLACE.~TR and $WINDOWS.~Q Folders and Can I Delete Them?
