You can use the normal method (Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features) to uninstall anything with toolbar in its name. The Bing toolbar might be offered via optional Windows Updates. Just avoid selecting/installing that update.

I think you are talking about the startup page( the startup page is the one which loads when you open the browser every time) which you get once you click on any of the listed browsers. If that is the case then you can edit it by going to the preferences of the respective browsers( preferences in firefox & tools in chrome ) and editing the startup page in it. You can enter the page of your choice so that the same page will load every time you launch the browser.

I hope this solves your problem.

PN: revo & ccleaner have nothing to do with the startup page of a browser if that is the case.

You can change you 'home page' in IE ...

To add or change home pages. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar. Click the Tools button , and then click Internet options. On the General tab, under Home page, enter the URL of the site you want to set as a home page.
