unwanted folder...!

Every time I open my Library folder section, an unwanted, empty folder icon appears on the desktop.."contacts".
I'm not sure what I'm doing to cause this, but I delete the desktop icon several times a day. How can i stop this from happening?

Browse to C:\Users\Username\Desktop, look for the Contacts folder (if its not there, make it re-appear lol), right click it, choose Send To > Documents. Close the windows, re-open Libraries.

Does the Contacts folder magically appear on your desktop again?

Hello Tailgunner, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Using the tutorial below, double check to make sure that your C:\Users\(user-name)\Contacts folder is set at it's default location. If it got moved/dragged into your desktop folder, then it could keep appearing on your desktop like this.
