Solved Unwanted "MS Enterprise" trying to install

Today, whenever I try to start my MS Outlook 2007, a little box pops up saying Windows Installer....As I investigated by pressing its icon, I discovered "MS Enterprise 2007" was trying to install. I can delete it (temporarily) and my Outlook comes up, but the same thing happens again. I'd like to stop this altogether. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Oh, I seemed to have repaired it accidentally. I let Windows Installer keep installing (looking for configurations etc), then it stopped. Perhaps gave up. Whatever. But now my Outlook runs as normal.
