every time i try to install this update
i get this error
and i think it's causing this

go to manufacturer website and download driver from there,if you have problem with finding driver use this tool Free Driver Update Software - Device Doctor (it's free),when you already update driver this hotfix should disappear from available updates list.

and i downloaded the driver from the manufacturer website , tried to check for updates again
still getting the update and i'm still getting the error
should i just hide it ?

I can explain in one way- you didn't install the newest version
