Hello everyone,

I have a couple of users here on our network that are using Windows 7 but are unable to receive updates at all. They are able to access the internet. That particular office accesses all of their programs via a Citrix connection. They are using a SonicWall Firewall. There are only a handful of users who are using Windows 7 there, and they are the only ones having problems with automatic update. All of the XP users are having no problems at all. I have disabled the ethernet device, but that didn't work. Can I please get some help?

We need so much more info. Are they able to surf the net? what firewall and anti virus are they using? what is the network setup? etc
