UPDATE FAIL: Code 9C59

Hi there,
I try to update from IE9 to IE10, but every time I get the error message with Code 9C59.
Could you please guide me through in how to get this update problem solved?

Hi thanks for your help! I unplugged/removed battery and held down the power button for 30 seconds. Plugged back up and repeated sfc /scannow. In total I did that 6 times. (see CBS.log files attached)
I also tried to repair ie from cleaners with ie8-rereg.64on64 command from the link above.
But I still get the fail code 9C59. The update still remains in the windows update window and on the turn off button as well.
Every time I want to shut down it automatically tries to update to IE10, which doesn't succeed. :(

I did that both - tried another installation, but still no success
