Update fail KB2697365

Hi all, I am unable to perform the update KB2698365, The update will download and try to install but fail. All other important and optional updates have gone through successfully. Windows 7 Premium 64bit, if there is more you need to know just say so and i will provide as much detail as possible. Please advise, thank you.

Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) [October 2014] from Official Microsoft Download Center

post the log from it and the latest CBS.

When I try to launch the installer it promps a message stating "The update is not applicable to your computer."

This one starts to instill but after trying to coppy the files it promps a window that says the following updates were not installed: Hotfix for Windows (KB947821)

Do you have Windows 7 installation disk or Windows 7 ISO?
if so insert it in DVD drive and run SFCFix by niemiero, then try SURT KB947812 again, If it completes, go to:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS
copy and paste to desktop: CheckSUR.log and CheckSUR.Persist.log
compress/zip the files and attach to your next post.

Here are the logs, I was able to get the KB947821 installed however the issue still remains that the new update fails
