Update failures on W7 SP1 64bit Computer

I am maintaining a remote computer, W7 64 bit, that is having trouible with updates. I have attached two jpg’s of 1) the installation log and 2) the setup that has been set since installation. Today I get word from the owner that they keep getting a msg that updates failed. So, this afternoon I attempted to install the updates. Here’s the chronological attempts I made:
1. Went to Control Panel.... Windows Update
2. There were 17 Updates to install.
3. Downloaded and successfully installed 13 updates.
4. Rebooted
5. Went to Control Panel.... Windows Update.
6. 3 optional updates
7. Downloaded and successfully installed 3 updates.
8. Rebooted
9. Went to Control Panel.... Windows Update
10. All but the MSE update had failed (see log)
Repeated the above with same results. Something is wrong.

I then went to the W7 forum for advice and found the forum for update problems. Jotted down the requests you made for starting a new thread. Ran only three updates, 2 were successful and one failed with an error code of 80070005.
Ran scf /scannow and everything checked out, downloaded and installed SURT and the CBS folder is provided. Tomorrow morning I will attempt to install update again to see if SURT corrected anything.
Could not upload the files request. Will send them with the next reply.

Read my last sentence.
Tried to upload the attachments again this morning. Got an error that the page was reset.Tried to upload one at a time.That worked except for the CBS.zip file. Will try again as soon as I find out what wrong.

I zipped the CBS folder aga1n and it still would not upload. Any suggestions.
