update p6210f bios with usb window 7 64-bit

i need to update my bios to 5.22, hopefully that will fix my problem. it won't boot, it hangs.
all the post i have read talk about a .bin and .bat files, there are no .bin or .bat files in the update.
the update is sp46426.
it is easier to do this from usb, don't want to waste cd's with mistake's.
can someone give me step by step instuctions.

I doubt flashing your bios will help your failure to boot and is the best way to brick a mother board.

Besides the booting problems what other issues were you having ?

Every bios I've seen has optimize defaults have you tries that ?

Also please fill in your system spec's page add which security you use and any information about what third party programs/ utilities/ registry cleaners.... you had installed on the machine.
