Update, weird problem?

Win 7 64bit

Whenever I check for update only the Important updates show, not the recommended, even though I have the settings set to display both? Anyone ever see this?

Is your User Account a Standard User or is it an Admin account ? Under 'Who can install updates', put a check next to " Allow all users to install updates ", click OK, agree to the UAC prompt.
