Updates? I dont Understand

Lol so the other day i was screwing around on xp i was on ms site and seen Windows 7 Ultimate 7100 For download. And i was liek Wahhhhh.....
ill duel boot it with my xp... well i install w7 alright but went right over my xp copy rofls. i selected the wrong partion =/ and well i was just wondering why do i keep hearing about differnt versions then 7100
? can i upgrade to them or do u have to reinstall dont reallly get it -.-




=) i cant get over it......... so nice sooo sleek and yes still runs a lil like xp in performance and nothing like vista = ) Cheers,


Ps: The reason im typing bad is becase i have a hand cast and can on peck lol Try ur best to get what im saying =)

You can upgrade but no higher than 7260 (for 32 bit) you will need a serial number from MS but its free. You will love it

No win updater is to update the drivers in your current OS. If you want to go to an updated version you must get the new one and either upgrade or do a clean install
