How do I integrate all the updates to the installation disk?

Slipstreaming. Although it probably won't be fully support until SP1 is removed from beta and released to the public sometime in the first half of 2011. Couple of posts discussing slipstreaming. It's also been suggested that the easiest way is to keep manually updating the OS and make periodic system images.
