I have installed some new updates and when i restarted my pc to complete the instal nothing happened. It was stuck in 0% and everytime i restart my pc it shows the same thing and it goes to the desktop after five to ten minutes. Any suggestions?

Try doing a shutdown PC, I have seen some updates dont fully install until the system is shutdown. Then turn the power back on and run Windows update again.

I have already shut the computer down and when i reopened it the same thing happened.

Ok I would try going to the temp folder and cleaning it out reboot and then restart the update process, also make sure there is not a lot of programs running the in system tray, something might be stopping the install, try running malware scan and make sure the system is clean.

You mean user/app data/ local/temp? If i delete the whole folder,wouldnt it affect the computer?

You mean user/app data/ local/temp? If i delete the whole folder,wouldnt it affect the computer?

Just delete the files inside the folder, this is just temp files.
