Solved Upgrade office 2013 from Standard to Professional Plus

Recently a user has requested to use MS Access so we have purchased an office 2013 pro plus license. The existing office using is already office 2013 standard.

I can only search an article on how to perform the upgrade for office 2010 and 2007.

May I know if this also applies to office 2013?

Also, if I follow the steps "Uninstall-Install", will it delete Outlook's archive files / user profile?

As far as I know you should be OK. Outlook stores most details in the Outlook Files, which on my computer are stored in my Documents directory.
Just to be safe copy your Outlook Files to a thumb drive or similar. Also make a note of all you email setting that are found in Outlook under File & then Info & click on Account Settings & make a note of all the settings.

I have followed the "side-by-side" steps to minimize the installation time. It works properly and Outlook have all the emails / archive data right at opening it.

Just remember to add the Pro plus key in the final step.
