Upgraded computer not booting up

Having trouble installing windows from a usb, BOOTMGR is missing? it shouldn't be because I can see it on the USB

Ok, I managed to solve the problems I had!

I checked the hardware constantly because I thought something was faulty, in the end it was because the case was missing a couple of brass standoffs. I just didn't screw in the missing parts but the Mobo is still very stable.

Once I had it in the case running, I needed a fresh install of windows, I didn't have a CD drive to use so I had to use a USB, I installed this fine, just need to make sure the USB and its files are setup properly and he boot order in bios is set to the USB.

Just for interest I always boot to the BIOS with the board\cpu\ram\graphics outside the case first, at that stage it's still on a non conducting surface. If it then wont get going inside the case you fairly certain something is grounding out. Might seem a bit fiddly but it takes less time than doing all the swapping and testing.

Indeed, it was my first time upgrading things like the CPU and motherboard and installing them myself, next time around I'll understand better ways to set things up. Definetly setting up outside the case is a great idea to prevent problems in the future.
