Upgrading cpu. need info on dell motherboard.

Hey, im after info on the dell motherboard model 0u990c to find out what cpu i can upgrade to. I read any core 2 duo would work but not exceeding 800mhz fsb. also ive read that i cant exceed 4 gb ram? current cpu is pentium t4200. theres a t4500 @ 2.3ghz but im after a little more if possible. also its a socket p. chipset is intel gm965. bios is dell a16. theres 667mhz ram installed, but the ive read the fsb is 800mhz? any help is greatly appreciated.

sorry not sure you can upgrade as its a laptop(according to your specs) I have seen where it has been done but normally the CPU is soldered to the mobo

Hi, im guaranteed the t770 chip will work. so purchased through local auction website with a money back option. will let you know if it works. definitely replaceable as ive looked at some you tube vids and it looks exactly the same inside the system. do you know if the board and bios will support the chips 800mhz fsb as the ram in me system is only 667mhz and would it produce noticeable results upgrading to 800mz ram if its supported? whats your opinion on the samsung 840 pro series 128gb ssd? would it be installable on my sys as ive read this will make a huge difference in speeding up my sys? Thanks.
