Upgrading my "Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC

HI Guys:

Having problems getting my Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.20) to
work. Is there an upgrade for it? Or should I try to re-install because of corruption? Thanks.
