Solved Upgrading the memory and need to know if this is good ram.

Like the title says I just upgraded and I plan to buy more cause I found a great deal on this memory 8GB Kingston HyperX Genesis KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX 1600MHz but I have no clue how good it is. I know by calling Asus it's in the support list for my motherboard I just want to know if this line of memory is good. I plan to upgrade to 16GB of this stuff as long as this is good memory. So far after upgrading from 4GB of OCZ 1066MHz memory to this stuff I see a huge difference so far.

Kingston has been in the memory business for a long time (since 1987) and has a good reputation. The HyperX series has also had some very favorable reviews. (You can read some by searching for Kingston HyperX Reviews.) But like many computer related parts and accessories, you're going to find some people who prefer a different brand. Kinda like some folks prefer Ford over Chevy while others prefer Dodge over either Ford or Chevy.

Having said that, I think you'll be pleased with your choice. One thing to be aware of. Increasing from 8GB to 16GB probably won't give you as noticeable an increase in performance as you got from going 4GB to 8GB. But you're making sure your computer will be able to handle future games that will most definitely be more memory intensive than today's games.
