Upgrading Windows 7 w/o DVD

Is it possible to mount Windows 7 via PowerISO and upgrade like that? Or is burning it to a DVD the only way to do it?

Yes, it's possible. And it's a faster install doing it that way. Or you could just extract the iso and run the setup.exe
