I just got this PC a month ago. And well lastnight I went to move the 1TB HDD down to 3rd bay so I could install another 1TB HDD. It was being derpy to start so I reset my BIOS settings. and now its really slow I can boot it up but it takes longer and I'm worried about it. My Specs are below.
And ever since my motherboard screen takes longer then usual.

Is a video. Ignore the sound please. I'm kinda in a bad spot right now.
As you can see. That's extremely slow motherboard screen ( dont know what its called )

Don`t know why you had to move a hard drive just to install another. Did you move any sata cables ? I would suggest putting everyhting back as it was, or just wait for things to come around. Simply adding a hard drive should have not slowed the system down at all.

check your bios cause when you reset the bios settings i bet it made the hard drives be seen as IDE.. and you will need to switch it back to AHCI.. just a guess...

I seemed to have fixed it. I suppose.
And to the person asking why I moved it. The SATA Power could not reach to the new drive. So I had to kinda move stuff around. It works now though. I hope it stays this was and doesn't derp up again. Please keep this topic going until I know if its fixed or not.

What did you do to "fix" it?

I think it's fixed. Its only about a second longer to load then it was when it was normal.
I'm guessing because of the new HDD. I just fiddled with it I guess I'd say. And I think it's fixed.
Hope it doesn't come back!
