I'm getting "This USB device can perform faster if you connect it to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port." even though the motherboard (Asus Rampage II Gene) I'm using has 12 USB 2.0 ports and Windows 7 - Professional 64 bit should be automatically support USB 2.0s.

Any idea on how to fix this ?

If it uses a USB cable, is the cable 2.0?
