I have a USB Bt (2.0) that I installed easily on my XP desktop yesterday. Today I want to install it on my W7 laptop. I keep getting an authentication error on the laptop but I KNOW the code, I used it successfully yesterday! Can you help me?

The laptop sees my phone via the bluetooth and I can transfer pix from phone to harddrive but I cannot authenticate the two. Maybe I don't need to?? I have a caution icon and statement that troubleshooting is needed. That there is no driver for the phone. My phone is an LG vu.
