Hi

I bought a usb capture device that catures the signal from 2.4Ghz cameras off ebay and went to install it and it said it could not install the video driver portion of it. This has consequently meant that the software accompanying it will not launch.

The hardware ID's for this product are:

USB\VID_05E1&PID_0408&REV_0005&MI_00

USB\VID_05E1&PID_0408&MI_00

If anyone could provide any help in getting this working it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

John

look online at the manufacturer's website for downloads and download the most recent version (first uninstalling all current versions, if you have installed any).
What is the actual device called (i.e. what it says on the package)?
