USB controller/gamepad's vibration won't work

recently I bought an USB controller, named Digiboy, model GP121 (not a popular brand..) but it's vibration wont work..neither in resident evil or underground..

anyway to fix this?
install new driver or? (the official website didnt provide any downloadable for it..)

Go to your start menu and Devices and Printers. You should see your game controller from there. See if it offers a chance to diagnose your problems or offers a new driver for download. You can also go to Reliability History (type in start menu) and click on check for solutions to all problems. It will check microsoft's database to see if there is a solution. Also, if that is your first time going to Devices and Printers, make sure to enable downloading better icons for devices as they might update with device stage, and other features and all that.

the games didnt say anything about the rumble pack..but usually, the games I played should have vibration..

and the windows 7 said that all my driver concerning the USB joystick is up to date..

Force Feedback isn't a standard PC gaming feature as many PC gamers prefer keyboard/mouse. If the game doesn't specify it then it probably doesn't have that feature.
