USB Devices not detected(transmitter)

I have two Turtle Beach headsets, they both came with a transmitter. When I plug the transmitters, they're not detected by Windows 7 at all. There seems to be no drivers for them as I looked around and found nothing. Any suggestions?

ALL other devices I got bet it receivers, external HD, controllers etc are detected properly.
