If USB.DISK security is an antivirus then no I wouldn't install it as Trend Micro may say that it will cause issues. Just like I can't have Trend and Norton together at the same time.

The typical user should have one (and only one) software firewall and one (and only one) realtime (always running) AV program. Two software firewalls will conflict with each other. Two realtime AV's will conflict with each other.

If Trend Micro Titanium Security has a built in firewall, it should have turned off the Windows firewall to prevent conflict.

Check Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Action Center to check the status of your security.

Well by me using Trend Micro I think that I have nothing to worry about but my problem is, whit Trend Micro Titanium am I secured for when someone insert a usb pen drive in my laptop it might be infected so I would like to know when I insert a pend-drive in my laptop if Trend Micro is securing my laptop, may be it looks like that this is a stupid question but for me it is not because I am not an expert so that's why I'm asking for an advice.

By you using the FREE, excellent, non-interfering, AV that is used by Microsoft enterprise customers, namely, MSE, MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS, then you have an excellent firewall.

Please read:
Understanding Microsoft Anti-Malware Software 2012 ~ Security Garden

I haven't even scratched the surface of why I use and use only MSE, why I install and only install MSE, why I recommend and only recommend MSE.

Ask Fred Langa, ask Paul Thurott what AV software they recommend, what AV software they use, exclusively, on their own computers. if those names don't ring a bell, then google them.

Well, I'd expect Trendmicro will attempt the block and notify you when anything starts to run from the USB drive. If it recognizes a threat. It's important to realize that there is no 100% secure solution.

USB Disk Security looks like software that augments the existing security on your system by securing a specific injection point (the insertion of a USB drive).

I'm not familiar with that program. It's expensive (to me anyway, I've never found the need to buy any security software); it's up to you to determine if you want to pay for the extra protection. You also should be able to set up Trendmicro to automatically scan drives when they're installed.

Well, only an hour late this time. Guess that's what happens when I open a thread and don't post right away!! :D

But the prior posts said all that's needed anyway...

Lol, it look like I created a chaos :)

But thanks anyway I think I'd made my decision, to be honest I never trusted Microsoft for Security so I decided to keep Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security, but that don't mean that I didn't take your advice. but for me to trust Microsoft as a security it will take me some time to except it., that's my opinion. I hope you understand me.

Yep, fully understand. Especially because for years there were perfectly legitimate reasons to feel that way. I think MS realized years ago that they had to seriously deal with security issues in the general market if they were going to sustain their dominance in the market. I feel that for the past number of years (since mid XP days) they've done a pretty good job of it. The general perception has yet to catch up.
