USB Drive + Multiple Partitions

I have a 16GB flash drive that has 2 partitions on it (NTFS for my day-to-day files, and FAT32 for the Mac OSX computers at school since they can't write NTFS).

However, windows can only see the NTFS partition.

I'd love to have 1 partition, but since I have files bigger than 2GB I need NTFS.

Does anyone know how I can access my other partition? Linux and OSX do not have this problem with my drive.

What operating system did you use to format the drive as FAT32?

Go into Disk Management and see if that partition was designated a drive letter.

Apparently, Paragon Software Group's Partition Manager can handle USB drives, (Partition Magic cannot):

you can also format many USB drives using the diskpart utility included with Windows.

but I think he's trying to avoid reformatting it.

Still it's a 16Gb stick back the files up then try reformatting it again with one of the tools mentioned. It would be worth the hassle of backing up what you have and clearing it to resolve this.
