USB Driver Disk Error Issue

Every single time I use a USB external hard drive, I get between one to five disk errors, as logged by event viewer. This occurs for a thumb drive, a kindle, a small handheld game thing I own, and essentially everything that has any volume that files can be transferred to.

These errors do not cause any issues to any files, and disk errors have only ever occurred on this PC when a USB is plugged in.

These errors do not occur if I use an external harddrive, i.e. a device with a volume over 500 gb.

What can I do to stop these errors from occurring?

Attempt an up date for the USB drivers. You can do this by going into "Device Manager" and right clicking on the USB device and then clicking update.
