Solved USB Drivers forgotten after every reboot

Every time I shutdown or reboot my computer, it becomes unable to recognize my usb devices upon booting back up. I am forced to use a ps/2 keyboard to open the device manager and uninstall each usb device and scan for new hardware. Everything works perfectly after this, but only until the next boot. It's infuriating and I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions would be amazing.

Thanks for the quick response. I've tried this as well to no effect. Strangest thing I've ever experienced.

Sorry for the slow reply, I've been away for a few days. I checked my BIOS and all USB related settings are enabled. My usb devices even work in the bios menu. Each USB Controller in my Device Manager displays this message: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)". I can uninstall the drivers for these and windows will search for and correctly install the drivers, but next reboot the problem arises again.

Hi, dose it happen to any USB device or just mouse & keyboard? If it happens to a specific device check on manufacturers website perhaps they have a new driver for that device as it doesn't work well with default windows driver.
Also have you tried different USB ports and different devices - are USB ports that you using USB3 (will have blue colour) try the once without blue trim.

I don't have restore points from before this started happening. It affects the usb controllers, so no usb devices work at all.

It would probably be best if you filled in your system specs (as linked in my sig), at least people will know what hardware you're working with. That's always a good starting point believe it or not.
