Solved usb drives are not showing in MyComputer and so is my usb modem dongle

my windows 7 ultimate acting wierd when I insert my usb flash drive it didnt display in my computer so i have to use disk management and asign letter Find Your Missing USB Drive in Windows 10, 8, 7, and Vista which is works like a charm.. so i didnt bother it
but the time when I lost my internet(isp problem) i had no choice to use my usb modem dongle (huawei) to go online. but my problem is it doest show in my computer too T_T i've check the disk management to asign a letter i thought it will do work like on my flash drive .. but unfortunately it dont shows up my usb modem is not the problem because it works fine in laptop win7
any idea why my usb drives are going nuts? T_T

nvm finally I found solution thanks to my google skills lmao
if someone having same problem heres what i did

1. Click “Start”, type “REGEDIT” (without quotation marks) in the “Search” bar and press Enter.
Note: If UAC (User Account Control) pops up, please accept it.
2. Right click “Computer” (the root node) in the left pane, click “Export” under the “File” menu, choose “All” under “Export range”, and select “Desktop” in the “Save” in box and type backup in “File Name”. Click “Save”.
Note: The backup file is on the Desktop and named backup.reg. We can simply restore the registry by double-clicking the backup.reg file.
3. Click “Start”, type “REGEDIT” (without quotation marks) in the “Search” bar and press Enter again.
4. Locate the “UpperFilters” value under the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
5. On the “Edit” menu, click “Delete”, and then click “OK”.
6. Locate the “LowerFilters” value under the same key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
7. On the “Edit” menu, click “Delete”, and then click “OK”.
8. Quit Registry Editor and restart the computer
