usb error please help

im sorry i dont know where to post this so please dont delete the post thank you
i have usb with 8GB but when i copy 40MB to 1GB the files does not play they became dead files any one ?:cry:

And tell us what process you're using to "copy" the files and "play" the files. What do you mean the files become "dead"? How do you know that --- is the transferred file non-responsive, or do you get an error message of some kind? What information do you see in Properties when you right-click on the "dead" file?
