Hello, I also had a similar problem but just found a quick and easy solution. I just simply went into "Devices and Printers" on the Start menu and uninstalled the software. You can do this by right clicking on the device, selecting "Properties", selecting the tab "Hardware", selecting "Properties", and go into the tab "Driver." There should be a "Uninstall" option. Just select that, wait for it to uninstall, and then plug your device back in. For me, it reinstalled the drivers and is now working just fine. I hope this helps you out.
