USB Freeze

I had attached USB devices like keyboard and optical mouse to my laptop,and nokia PC suite through usb.
When i opened chrome browser,after 5 to 10 mins,all usb devices attached are stopped working.
I Can see light in mouse but sensitivity is not working and pc suite also stopped working.

Integrated keyboard and track pad are working normally.

After system restart,all of devices working normally but same problem is repeated after using chrome after 5 to 10 mins.The freezing occurs randomly.
Can i know cause of freeze so that I CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM

The first thing i would try is a system restore. Click start, programs. accessories, then system tools, then system restore. Choose a date that is BEFORE the issue started happening. Click restore and let the system process the restore. Then reboot and see if that helps resolve the situation. If not just post back and we can go from there.

Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.

I had attached malfunction details,and system scanned restore details.
When i scanned system,it is showing none of drivers or software are affected......
Help me find solution....
